I am excited to offer Primary care and Anti-aging/Holistic medicine services for ages seven and over in the Lakewood area. I finished my residency in Family medicine from Michigan in 2005. I am the medical director at City hospital White Rock inpatient hospitalist unit which is adjacent to the office practice. Over the last 15 years of my practice I have worked in an office practice, hospital practice, nursing home, new-born nursery and emergency room. I finished my fellowship from A4M in functional/integrative/regenerative medicine. I am a big believer in personal development, mindfulness and healthy living and incorporate these practices in my daily living. I find that many patients are concerned that they are on too many medications. With patient- physician partnership I believe that I can decrease the burden of medication in a majority of my patients and transform them towards a happy healthy life.
