Blue Cross Blue Shield
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas across its main product lines, including Blue Choice PPO, Blue Essentials (HMO, POS), Blue Advantage HMO and MyBlue Health, as well as Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicare. Because "Blue Cross" covers several different networks, it helps to have your specific plan name ready when you call so we can confirm participation.
Cigna
We accept Cigna commercial plans, including HMO, POS, PPO and Open Access Plus (OAP). If your Cigna coverage is through an employer, have your member ID handy and we will verify your benefits before your visit.
Aetna
We accept Aetna commercial plans, including HMO, PPO and POS products. Call 214-810-4331 and we will confirm your specific Aetna plan and what your visit will cost.
UnitedHealthcare
We accept UnitedHealthcare commercial plans (HMO, PPO, POS) and UnitedHealthcare Medicare products, including MedicareComplete Choice (PPO) and AARP / SecureHorizons Medicare plans. UMR, a UnitedHealthcare company, is also accepted.
Humana Medicare
We accept Humana Medicare (HMO and PPO) Medicare Advantage plans. Please note our Humana participation is through Humana's Medicare plans; call 214-810-4331 to confirm your specific Humana coverage before scheduling.
Medicare
We accept Original Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans from all major carriers, and we are accepting new Medicare patients. PPO networks and additional plans
Beyond the major carriers, we participate in several PPO and provider networks, including PHCS / MultiPlan, Coventry / First Health, HealthSmart, USA Health Network, Baylor Scott & White Health Plan, Ambetter, WellCare and Wellpoint. If you do not see your plan listed, call — we add plans regularly and can check your specific coverage.
No insurance or self-pay
