Medicare and Medicare Advantage patients are always welcome at Lakewood Primary Care and Wellness — no concierge membership is ever required. Concierge care is simply an optional add-on for patients who want extra access and convenience. Your insurance-based and Medicare care continues exactly as always.

For a monthly fee of $200, concierge patients receive benefits such as same-day appointments, 24/7 communication with their physician, and longer consultation times. This program is designed for those who want to prioritize their health with more comprehensive, proactive care.

We understand that healthcare is not one-size-fits-all, and we are proud to continue seeing the majority of our patients through traditional insurance. However, for those who prefer additional flexibility and a more personal healthcare experience, our concierge program offers an option to receive enhanced services without sacrificing the quality of care. You can still receive the same dedicated treatment, but with added conveniences.
